Corey Becker, CPCU
Corey Becker, CPCU has more than 6 years in the insurance industry. Prior to joining the firm, Corey had a successful career in both aviation and insurance; first as a commercial airline pilot then as a claims adjuster for GEICO before becoming an underwriter at Old Republic Insurance Company.
Corey is skilled in property loss consulting and damage assessment of all aspects of residential and commercial property losses including buildings, business and/or personal property, machinery, equipment, fixtures, and time element losses.
In 2018, Becker received his CPCU designation. “CPCU” is an acronym for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter which is the most prominent industry designation an insurance professional can attain; CPCU’s are considered to be property-casualty insurance subject matter experts.
Corey received his B.S. from Michigan State University and his M.S. from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Corey’s hobbies including reading, running marathons and tornado chasing in the Great Plains. Corey resides in Berkley, Michigan with his wife and Puggle Dog, Otis.
